Franken campaign professional Marc Elias expressed today that Franken is 50 votes of Sen. Norm Coleman (R-Minn.), according to the campaign’s inner tally, and believes that Franken can advance Coleman when all the ballots are tallied.
The votes are being tallied in the recount.
