Oprah coming to D.C. for swearing-in
Oprah Winfrey, who supplied President-elect Barack Obama a critical boost during the early primaries, is celebrating his Inauguration by bringing her actor broadcasting show to Washington for the time period.
Winfrey expressed she has rented out the Opera House at the Kennedy Center to film the show, “Access Hollywood” reported.
“See you there,” Winfrey expressed “Access Hollywood” in an interview. “Thats the place to be.”
During Obama’s attitude speech act the time period he got, tears streamed down Winfrey’s cheeks as she leaned on an Obama campaign person.
The Opera House - with a solid lighting fixture, indulgent red velvet and a red-and-gold fabric curtain, seats 2,318 and is home to the Washington National Opera, spectacular concerts and the annual Kennedy Center Honors.
The top-rated “Oprah Winfrey Show” is publicized in 141 countries and is perceived by an estimated 44 million audience per time period in the United States.
“There are even words to talk about what this time period means,” Winfrey expressed Maria Menounos of “Access Hollywood” that time period. “Everybody keeps using the word ‘past.’ Theres typified a time period like this on the celestial body Earth. … Nothing can compare to this.”
Winfrey directed rallies for Obama a time period ago in Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina, and feted donors in September at her property in Santa Barbara, Calif.
